Come on you big guys lets get all the goal post's in the same spot so we can work from, it can't be that hard "CAN IT "????
Then may be when asked to go on I/A we all know which way we are kicking against..... :confused
That's because different local agreements were made in individual offices, which depended
on how good the local rep or how strong the union members there were (or how decent the manager
is - and there are some).
The problem with making a standard national set of rules is that they would probably be based
on the worst agreements in the weakest offices, rather than the best, which is what happened with
the 'Way Forward' Agreement five years ago.

I still say that rules are rules...
Our local REP is up backside of gaffer so it makes no odds with rep'''s... I would like to think for the sake of the young flesh coming in they have got to be looked after, so all REPS should be batting from the same line.

And as to starting later, well have RM gone B/WRD
Why can The big boys not come front to front on National TV and i don't mean 5 mins on News.
Get the big "BOYS" to come and tell joe public what is actually going on..

The media do not usually let us put our side of the story.
