One week in to mine now. As its just a minor table top affair with no WSM or delivery methods, it will be 99% succesful. Paperwork to release the £200 transformational lump sum is signed and has been sent off to regional manager.

We are in our 3rd week of T.T revision, Walk Sequenced mail had already been implemented, made no difference.

Quite few walks are over and posties claim o/t, I usually cut off twice a week Casuals in never seen so many, 3 managers when we normally have 2, Managers in early to throw walks off

but it is teething problems manager says

Heard from my parents that on Essex radio last week there was a programme on about why a delivery office is failing

They started a full pegasus/ geo revision in Jan and folks were ringing in about not getting mail or not till really late afternoon.(Stanford Le Hope) posties cutting off

Not sure if you go to the radio website wether it will be able to still listen thursday i think it was early morning 6am -8am
