What time do you go to bed at !

been a postie for 3 years now and still am a zombie first thing no matter what time i go to bed. usually about 10.30-11.00

bed at 9, set timer on tv and fall asleep watching CSI (never seem to know how it ends!), up at 3.20, at the frame by 4, but don't throw a letter in til 5. try to catch an hour's kip in the afternoon, out to do collections at 15.30 and home by 18.00. Whew!! sure love Sundays though ...sleep til noon!!!

" If you are not in bed by 10 O'Clock I was to go home"

Bed at 11:30, up at 5:30 for an optional 6pm start - which came in with SDD for part timers. No, I don't get an early shift allowance.

I go to bed for 2 hours when I get in. I like my sleep.

It depends on if i get an hour in the afternoon or not,if i do...bed at 22.30 up at 03.30.if no kip..bed at 20.30 up at 03.30. i love my job!!
