go speak to acas or your own solicitor.
Why would i want to do that? We have procedures in place to sort out problems. If the procedures become exhausted then i would seek advice from solicitor at a tribunal.

The process is complete, and what a suprise they found at all 3 stages in favour of the manager.

And all 3 interviews with me were by other managers from the same area as i work in, and they all have regular meetings once a week with the manager i issued the complaint against.

I wonder why i wasn't allowed one of my friends to interview me.

Not biased at all Royal Mail, thanks for nothing
