The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Green stickers on frames.
This is being intorduced across the Thames Valley region because the 1300 SD performance is so bad. The sticker is supposed to be put where you think you will get to by 12:45 on an average day and your manager should make alternative arrangements for any SDs for after this point. Our DOM hasn't actually bothered to do this yet but did put a notice up about it. Apparently our office is in the bottom 10 for SD performance nationally

You must be green with envy
Just tell your dom where you'll be roughly on route, no need for stickers...and no my office does not have this procedure.

Re: Green stickers on frames.
... was always told that if SD was on bottom row of frame to mumble "That's a bottom row-er ..." and pass it back to the nice man in the cage ... who would then pass it to Mr Grumbly the Van Man ...
"We're under model" - oh no we're not - stick your lapse elsewhere ...
