If you can get between the gate posts at our place that's a pass :dance
Clip one, no one hurt pass, small risk :dance
Clip both, no medical treatment needed pass, high risk :dance
Ambulance and tow-truck called fail, re-take

I would have to say that with so little experience that jumping straight into a transit van and try to pass an assessment would be quite hard to do.

From what I heard, he failed as soon as he put in gear and set off, the assessor abandoned the change over, he must have had several false starts and fumbling before actually getting it going, it wouldn't surprise me that he went to the front of the van to hand crank it.

Guy in our office failed his 7.5 tonne changeover and, according to his examiner, was "dangerous and incompetent"
