What if a duty holder is moved of there duty for 6 weeks to let a new start on it?? our DOM said they can move a duty holder for the 6 weeks ? i wud hate to be all over the place for 6 weeks.. if i was to move to a different office which i am thinking then i wud prop have to expect that challenge, but not when i have my own signed for walk?
Thats correct fully agreed with CWU, but it has to be a designated duty and the duty holder has to agree. The DOM cant just go choosing which duty he feels like. I will see what i can find on the CWU website.

Although i thought the time period was longer.
We've got a designated walk at our place for that,no one has signed for it but there is a regular guy on it.
He knows that it's a training walk and does get knocked off when there is a new starter.
