does anyone agree with me, that we should just give in to the right wing business eutopia. lets agree to any idea of changing of working practises, or?, lets just agree to the idea that we are 20% over payed, i mean the senior managers are good guys right?. they are human beings, a lot of them will have children right? they couldnt sleep at night if they knew theyre actions were helping the unnesasary miserable lives of theyre people, and theyre families. these good guys should be given the benefit of the doubt. i dont believe theyre are people out theyre, who worship greed and self worship, without consciosness. i mean when things get better we the workers, i mean people? will get rewarded right ?? before we start the revolution. lets give the business world who have enjoyed the worst trades union rights in europe a chance to balance work, and reward, with time for quality family life, and an end to going home knackered, irretable, morale s**t, and fit for nothing, but snapping at your kids, wishing you wernt married with a family, so you could get redundancy and piss off to vegas, and drink yourself to death. you cant reason with these people anyway, theyre salaries depend on disagreeing with you. lol

I get the impression that you believe our lords and masters actually give a s**t about us? I understand what you're trying to say about our "Senior Managers" caring about their employees, BUT I truly believe they don't give a damn about us! Sure they care about Their families and Their kids but they wouldn't cross the street to extinguish you, your family and your kids if they were on fire! (No disrespect)

To these guys all that matters is the bottom line i.e PROFIT/BONUS. they're in the same club as the Thieving Bankers and Dishonest Politicians. :dcfo :ncfo
Like yourself I've often dreamed of working for this "Decent" understanding "Richard Branson" type Boss. However I think they're few and far between and I've not met one for over 20 years. Unfortunately we're just stuck with this bunch of w*****s!

It's a bit like texts, often hard to get any indication of sarcasm or irony. I believe we should still reply to a post even if we disagree it. How many people are frightened of posting anything in-case they get slagged down?
