D2D's are soooooo much cheaper than a mail shot so a blanket coverage to a postcode could be and probably is cheaper than sorting through addresses and sending out stuff DSA stylee.

I think we've already established on here that the official line on the folder . . . is that there was no official agreement on the folder. Thus, you have 6 d2ds to prep - enjoy it! There's a couple of hours overtime in there if you want it, or else a couple of hours of cutting-off.
