Delivery best practice:Managers guide

Post by POSTMAN »

In this revision we will review duties within your delivery office to develop and implement a new set of duties which are fair and equable.
This document is designed to guide you through the process.
In it, you will find handy checklists, hints and tips, along with details of any resources that might be of help to you along the way.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I think I have lost the willl to live. I have just read the bloody thing.

Terrible document/process. I've worked in the PI (Process Improvement) area and my VP would have 'laughed me out of court' for this sort of stuff.

Also, i could not quite work out how long it would take from start to finish... A nice little chart near or at the beginning would have helped.

Mkind you it is from 2009 ; so no doubt it has been improved. :Very Happy
