Moving from deliveries to Mail Centre
Am going from deliveries to a Mail Centre and just wondering what i should expect. Is it just sorting (only ever arrived at DO and bagged up and delivered so all new to me). On a 25 hour contract, will that change anything. Usually take my break at the end of my shift, will I still be able to do that or is it a complete change.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Does thatt mean I will get a 30 minutes break as when out on delivery? Is it taken halfway through my shift or are there designated times for breaks.

That novel isn't erotic.
He doesn't look to be "interested".

Re: Moving from deliveries to Mail Centre
you will get a 30 min break, check your 318 for time of break, or negotiate break at end of shift if you can,
also check if you have a "time bonus break" which will be pro-rata,
an dont take no sh*t off the wam"s there just as bad if not worse than the doms.
hope you enjoy
as we get plenty of "unofficials"

Re: Moving from deliveries to Mail Centre
Thanks, I take it a wam is a type of lino or dom. Have seen less problems being discussed in this forum than blue shirts so hopefully better working environment.NON-FLEXIBILE wrote:you will get a 30 min break, check your 318 for time of break, or negotiate break at end of shift if you can,
