Paul, 3 things if you want to complain its best to do it by PM POSTMAN (Site Admin) or one of the Moderators, with so many posts its difficult to see all of them straight away. I also thought it was tongue in cheek when I saw it after you posted your first message.
2nd thing please don't please post the same thing 3 times it clutters up the board.
3rd thing - if you get a PHP email error then your message has been posted your last message was posted about 4 times and I had to keep deleting them.
The post about dog s**t and razor blades I will leave for the time being a let POSTMAN decide if anything needs to be done. We are an open forum and occasionally some things get a bit near the knuckle, as in this case.

Hi Comrade
Hi Dave,
I met some very upset posties at my office in Bridgwater, Somerset, today.
I seriously believe you're doing your best, but if we lose this we are all finished.
Good luck, comrade.

Good Luck Dave
I really hope that you know what your doing, and that leighton just hasnt sucked you into his little plan of getting you to call off the strikes and then when you get to the table offers you nothing, knowing full well that next time round you will not have the support you have from the union members, I have a horrible picture in my head of leighton rubbing his hands laughing as you leave the meeting, prove me wrong mate. We are rooting for you.

trust!
I have back the union fully during the strikes and honestly thought they were looking after the interest of the posties, but now I am not so sure!
We had Leighton on the rope with the latest round of IA but all of a sudden we have let him off the hook!
They have now until 4th September to try and reach an agreement. What happen if the unions don’t? We then have to re ballot for strike action because the 28 days will be up!
By then the majority of posties will vote against strike action because they will put their families first rather than lose any more money!
Mr Hayes and Mr Ward why oh why have you agreed to the latest proposals, is it because it’s a case of I’m alright jack sod everybody else!
I have supported the unions all my life, but unfortunately I think you have sold us up the river (thank you) just watch Leighton go now!
What have you agreed 3% plus we keep our early shift allowance and the door to door stay the same gee whiz!
We pay our union fees every week so should have that right to know what’s going on.
What all this bull that there is going to be a total media blackout on any discussions
Also the posties are going to be kept in the dark to!
I hope Billy and Dave enjoy their payoff, the fact that they have never lost a days pay all the time this dispute has been going on!
I know what I’m going to buy this week a paddle to row back up the river you have sold us down!
Prove your worth or there will be 80% of our office asking for opted out the union forms!

I don't see why the membership of an organisation has to be kept in the dark by our elected representatives. Here we have two members of a political party negotiating with two people appointed and backed by that political party. I wouldn't trust Billy Hayes as far as I could throw him, so I'm hoping Dave Ward will do the business for us and not sell us all out. This is much bigger than that pair of spivs running down the mail service. If we lose, the repercussions will be felt all over the public sector as the government will then have the green light to drive down everyone's pay and conditions.

Talks
We need to talk it is said that it is good to talk . Maybee they will get off the hook but I do not think so, it will take a little longer than 1 month to clear the backlog (well me thinks). But I am under the impression that we will only have to be balloted again if they put a new set of proposals to us
