That's another tactic the manager used the other day, he accused us as taking our time putting 3 lots of door to doors together where as we should drop what we are doing and run out like a lunatic and absorb.
He also says we are deliberately taking our time prepping the walks. At the end of the week then they start pressurising you about your door to doors like "have you completed them, have you signed the sheets etc.

They want you to prep a neighbouring walk in the office and put that walks door to doors together and set them in as well as do the redirections. Yeah right! Want me to deliver part of it as well boss.
The bullies in the office or the favourites that are on the IPS never get asked to throw walks off or why? Cant you absorb today or go on the misorts..

I fully understand that these mangers are under pressure themselves BUT until RM as a company acknowledges that there is a problem then nothing is going to be done about it until they either 1) RM managers end up being secretly filmed for a channel 4 documentary on bullying and harassment 2) theres a tragedy (wasn't there a spate (4/5??) of suicides at a single office recently??)

Unfortunately I'm increasingly coming to the conclusion that its not in RM interest to be too aware of this as 1) if forces people to leave and hence be replaced by part-timers 2) to put it bluntly its saving money.

I truly hope I'm wrong and its just that RM is too big.
