Christmas Casuals taking overtime

Just found out tonight that in Warrington Mail Centre they are keeping the Christmas casuals on giving them 25 hours a week Tuesday to Saturday. Which will effect my overtime as iam weekend staff. Also get this the Union havent even agreed to this.
