We dont have them in our office,and havent for a long time.When we done our last revision Job Descriptions were typed out instead and are kept in the doms office,i even asked our area rep and he said they dont exist anymore :shock: What about the rest of you?do you have 318s?


Is that why DO THE JOB PROPERLY is the new thing,not as 318

All our walks have 318's, but I don't think they are up to date. As I've said before I have'nt got one for my duty, so they tend to change the 'goal posts' quite a lot.

I work in collections and we have 318s but I am not sure about deliveries will have to check on Mon but if there is not then I am sure that not many know.

if my memory serves me correct 318 were replaced by job descriptions under SDD

Most of the frames have a walk log on them.

we have 318s and we stick to them it pisses the dom right off, he as just informed us no more tea&toast in the mornings until we stop playing silly buggers,we must stop cutting off and carry on working until the walk is completed then we can have our tea and toast back .the mans a pratt we will just take a 10 minute break and do it then

318 details of duty.Come in at least 45 mins early, take your car out,and run around your delivery
