Double deckers has a impact on mail arrival times how much I do not know as I dont work in distribution/network

Instead of 2 HGVS going out say one at 11pm and one at 1pm a double decker will take both dispatches at 1am.

One veichle/driver instead of two saves money for RML but means it takes longer to get the mail through the newtwork!!!

Speed restrictions impact will vary, runs that are done when roads are quiet will make a difference and as the distance being travelled increases so does the knock on impact on destination arrival time. However if out and about on busy roads at peak times its not going to have impact.

If you get a chance speak to driver from your MC and ask them for their expert opinion.
