The Post Office has created several new ISA deals.

People considering the possibility of taking out a Post Office ISA may wish to compare savings on a new range of deals being offered by the lender.

The financier announced yesterday (February 7th 2011) that it had created a fresh line of products aimed at offering some of the best ISA rates available in the UK in the aftermath of the global economic downturn, all of which will be introduced on February 14th 2011.

For example, the institution has launched a one-year ISA with an annual equivalent rate of 2.9 per cent, a two-year deal at 3.2 per cent as well as a three-year product that has a rate of 3.6 per cent attached to it.

Richard Norman, director of savings and investments at the Post Office, remarked that "these new rates offer excellent returns for savers wishing to take advantage of their tax-free cash ISA allowance".

This comes after HSBC revealed that high earners in the UK are set to boost their savings in accounts such as cash ISAs throughout the duration of 2011.
