First time I've been called a plant!! I think i'll just lurk for a while tho until I get used to the system. Think about it - if i was a plant it would be a lot easier not to say I'm a manager, wouldn't it? Give us a fair break, some of us are really interested in everyone's opinions not just our own.

Well thats how i am being treated from RM!!!

I know im a better person than the Screws that were privi to my cases..

So i treat people fairly... BUT and this is a big BUT Only if they deserve it and treat me and my own with the same respect...

I think Tommo And Rocky sums it up,we're very interested in your views as a whole and your views on the bits we've said on here.
There is an anti management feeling in the workforce as a whole,not just Al and Adam but at floor level as well,
I guess you probably know that anyway.
BUT in all fairness some of the management attitude against us is Draconian,and tbh a lot of you guys SUCK.

Fill out your sig if you can,give us an idea of you,if you can't work it out pm me,i'll do it for you.

I've moved this out of the public eye as well into 'Blue Shirts'(Blimey favouritism already) and to let the others see 'them' is on

I'm going to make an embarrassing admission here but I have actually met and worked with a decent manager but that was over 16 years ago, to explain what I mean by decent, he gave out warnings and discipline when necessary (including dismissals) but when the PM was right he wasn't afraid to turn around to his area manager and tell him to F##K off out of his office before he threw him out, if he was instructing him to do something that he didn't agree with, the bottom line was it was his office and he would run it (which he did fairly). Unfortunately all the managers that I have seen since have been spineless yes men and will do just as they are told even when they know that it is wrong, D.Condliffe being the most obvious recent case.

IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT THE BALLS TO TELL THE MANAGER ABOVE YOU THAT THEY ARE WRONG THEN YOU ARE AS GUILTY AS THEM. IF YOU HAVE! THEN FAIR PLAY AND I HOPE THAT YOU ARE TREATED FAIRLY ON THIS SITE(well ish) :Confused :Confused

Saint I'm a ChinDribbler, I've worked in loads of different of jobs including the Forces for a decade when even the NAVY were men. (I wasn't in the NAVY) I've never witnessed B&H anywhere that there is in RM. Last weekend a line manager who I thought was a good bloke and a FRIEND played his part in a management attempt to B&H me. I knew the dirty tricks department would be working overtime, but the part this ex- friend played took me by surprise because he had it in him to stitch me up. Saint unless you manage paperwork you got to B&H. L TOMMO has a valid point
