I shall remove my foot from my mouth :d'oh! I wasn't really worried about the differences in subs. (There's enough people out there ripping me off for more than a couple of quid. Start with the Government, Banks and work down!) My point is the Union should be looking a lot closer at how these changes effect their entire membership. In the old days we were all(?) Posties working roughly the same hours and contracts, nowadays it's a real Pick n Mix
If no-one's monitoring the situation at a National level how the hell are we going to sort this mess out? 1500 offices = 1500 different practices!

Is that not the 'kicker'. Everything is a bloody local agreement. Having just moved offices I am mystified by some of the practices in my new place. We don't have Saturdays off on any sort of rotation for a f***ing start!
