Re: Accelaration To Duty
Every walk should have a 318 and it should state in it whether you are an accelerated lift out or a cycle out etc. In my office if im on a walk which is a lift out and for whatever reason can't get that lift I wait until a manager gives me a lift or some bus fair to get to my delivery. If it doesn't say in your 318 then tell a rep because management have failed to do their jobs.

Re: Accelaration To Duty
your place of work is the office when you go out on delivery it's royal fails job to get you to the start and ensure you get back at your office on finishing time ...this means no to private cars as even with the agreement with cars on delivery there are no exceptions which allow a car user to accelerate another postie out to his delivery. Personaly i think anyone using his /her own car is a prat anyway
