Lump Sums

The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.

SPDOs

All SPDOs will receive the £600 and £200 payments in line with their parent delivery unit.

The agreement is for 3 years and the implementation is decided at local level so you need to keep annoying the ADR and DDRs and your DOM and own reps to keep you in the picture.

Any revision that is not exclusively about Walk Sequencing.

Delivery Methods, IWT etc etc

Thanks True Blue.

Its weird because we were told we'd get the 1000 because we were doing a Walk seq and delivery methods revision at the same time, now they are saying we have to do another revision next year to get the last 200 and that's how its always worked, thats whats been agreed etc.

Is that true? Whats going on in other places?

Yes...£800 in total for your WS/DM revision and £200 held back in case you are mad enough to attempt another revision before 2013....

I thought the last £200 was...
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.
The 1st 2 as you know says...
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
For instance,my place is going through the IWT revision=£200.00( would that trigger it?)
Later on in the year we will have the DM/WSM/P@L in one=£600.00
Then £200 just after that.

Have i missed summin? Or have i got the 1st one wrong, would IWT be a non WS revision?
