Re: Two posties to a van? Can someone please explain the ba
it does not work.in our office there is more sickness absence now ,than there has been in the past 5 years!! the rounds are too big & they expect you to walk your delivery with a pouch on your back or push the new golf trolleys for 4-5 hours a day, everyday. but if a computer says it can be done it can be done, they dont even account for traffic, vehicle checks, toilet stops, the time it takes for someone to answer the door,or even meal breaks!!i rarely get my breaks,im expected to complete my deliveries or face suspension like some have my colleagues have been told, management bullying tactics again.still delivering sky mags, christmas cards & radio times, the office is full of late mail & the rumour is that they have been hiding it in the now vacant mailcentre. ps i work in crewe.

but what if your 2 rounds are 3 or 4 miles away from the office. Will the driver need to drop you back to the office and then return to proceed? Maybe you walk back on your own. THIS WHOLE JOB SUCKS NOW!!!!fishtank wrote:Management problem.peterhazell wrote:TWO IN A VAN ,WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF YOU WANTS TO WORK OT AND THE OTHER WANTS TOO CUT OFF!IE THE DRIVER!
Back you go to the D.O. at your finishing time and then...well who cares after that?
