More importantly what will happen to the money? Will everyone now get the payments or will those who have had them have to pay them back. Can see lots of trouble on the horizon over this if it has been suspended.

We were told new payments are coming in and they still want the 7 while 3 start and finish plus a mini revision just tweaking up walks basically...

So why did the reps sign off the revisions if theyn could see they were to fail, thats why down south it's not failing as reps are fighting the revisions, EA is not allowed under the new agreement.

Our rep refused to sign off the revision but it doesn't stop it happening when you have Area and Div reps recommending acceptance to get the money....two faced bastards..............the office voted to accept the revision as it stood after planning and input.......after all who knows if it is going to work or not before you try it..............it was such a radical change............. it was a question of suck it and see and all of seven weeks before christmas and so there was a sense of urgency.

I believe that managers now realise that there are faults and once the back log is clear then we can look at putting things right....whatever it takes. Unfortunately nobody saw what an impact the changes would create. What has been done cannot be undone but amendments can be made in future to rectify the mistakes.

Bloody Hell, mate........Wouldn't have liked you by my side in the trenches. Stop shyting yourself, dry your tears, grow a pair, and just do what you can in your contracted hours, meal relief, taking a dump, having a slash, permitting.

The trouble is this guy is the same as a first world 1 soldier , a lion led by donkeys . RM are the equivalent to the generals who think guys like this are worthless cannon fodder . All the staff who are now cutting off , not working overtime and taking their brakes are the equivelent to the poor guys who were shot at dawn .

YOUR NOT REAL,,,,,,,,,,,POSTMAN COME TO MY OFFICE AND DO A WALK you will soon understand,,,, start at 6.30a.m 2 hours sorting only 3 people doing the work of 12 people on the ips, mail left everywhere in the office because it cannot be sorted. then prep a 1000 point delivery in 45 mins( impossible) and prep 4 lots of D2D items takes 2 hours, 3 rough bags full of packets... then do 10 redirections, then bundle up takes 35 mins,, then go out on a geo-route delivery that says it can be done in 4 hours.......... when it takes 5 25 mins to deliver.. thats not including a break, or going to the toilet,, and you tell me to chill...... you are so wrong my friend,,,,,,,,, so,, so ,,,,,,, wrong..

Our office at Stage 3 disagreement.

Divisional Union Rep came down yesterday.

To aid us in our fight? To protect our interests?

To aid and abett RM. oh YES!

The meeting yesterday with the div rep achieved exactl what the CWU/RM management team wanted, he managed to put the fear into most of the office, and achieved a yes vote to the revision. I don't know if what he was telling us was actual truth, or fearmongering or what.

His only aim was to get a yes vote to this revision.

His tactics were scummy B and H type RM management tactics.

At one point he told us if we didn't vote it in and RM brought in by EA, then himself and the area rep would "turn their backs on this office" leaving us to cope with the DeathCamp conditions he described under EA. One of our colleagues pulled him on this and he quickly backtracked, claiming this wasn't what he meant.

I'm still really angry.

At the end of the meeting he called our dep rep a "prick", then managed to deny all knowledge of this.

It was NO DIFFERENT to a bollocking from area management.

Makes me genuinely sick.

I can't imagine our rep or dep rep will want to continue in their roles, and, as I said, I've now seen enough of the CWU.
