I keep wondering about this, can the people at the top presiding over this mess and getting paid a fortune for it really be that useless? Moya says we'll be a smaller company with less staff in the near future - how can that happen when we haven't got enough to do the job now as it is?Wessex wrote: If there is a hidden agenda what could it be ? Senior management buy-out ? Top bosses to get loads of preferential shares ?
Massive final bonuses / golden handshakes ? Provoking industrial unrest or maybe just incompetent management by overpaid jerks.
We're due our revision soon and I asked the rep in our office if he knew of anywhere where the Delivery methods revisions were working - he said no. Our office is sending staff and managers to other offices because they're hopelessly failing. We've already been told that after the revision we have to be out of the office by a certain time to complete, so basically we are going to be just tying up and leaving the rest, managers already seem resigned to failure.
The office that delivers to my house hasn't had a revision yet, but they're still f*cked. I got a delivery on Sunday, a 1st class packet posted 10 days before, and other packets i've had sent to me still haven't arrived.
