well i am non delivery staff but i don't get the 20 quid so that argument falls flat on its face.there is a world outside of the delivery network you know.

I am sorry but Billy Hayes was totally out of his depth when interviewed on tv in the last action. He appeared hung over and a bumbling fool. Dave Ward did much better :Applause even though his not a front man. What the CWU needed was a good front man ( a red Ken type) who comes across in the media with some degree of honesty and gets our point across without appearing too strong and thus turning the public against us. He should really go as his already proved his not up the job in 2010, let alone 2011 and beyond.

Never again.
And there is probably the answer to why this agreement was accepted.
No fiddle.no indoor staff screwing delivery..just a reliance on the naivety and lack of information of the membership.
This time they even got a roadshow and a DVD. :cuppa
And we haven't heard from them since.

I voted Yes to the Way forward agreement

Well done mailmonkey for being honest :Applause

Trouble is if your not a long service member its quite easy to believe the all the information you are being shown by the CWU and RM and end up thinking "what the heck we wont do any better" and then vote yes. Then it actually comes down to handling the work (ive had 6 large d2d,s this week) and you realise the mistake.

We live and learn at Royal mail and often its done the hard way
