First time I have had to cut off,so many flats and so much time feeding them through people's letter box's knowing full well that they will be in the recycling bin this evening, agree with the comment about the Saga mags, don't they and Royal Mail realise we are only human and not pack mules.

It's down to local agreement, my office doesn't write down the number either and it's never been a problem. :Very Happy

Kin hell - I would not want to work in your callers office - trying to track down a reg or rec without the number is a nightmare when you have an upset customer breathing down your neck.

Small office Teebs, specials, tracked, recorded, packets all kept in seperate areas and easy to find, that's just the way it is and it's always worked.

I had 92 Catalogues sitting at my frame yesterday, that's the massive ones not counting the ones that were already in the frame. Boss says "Try and have them all out for the end of the week, no pressure, just do your best", so yesterday i took out about 15 and around another 15 came in this morning!Got around 19 out today, they're bloody heavy too! Boss is starting to get a bit snipey, got a feeling he's going to start his crap. How am i supposed to shift these bloody things on top of all the other shite we're doing (D2D included) when more and more just keep coming in?

Also, can anyone advise me on what to do if my Boss starts pressuring me to get these damned things out? I've a feeling it's coming... :d'oh!

If it was me I would prep them all into the frame, then drag my manager over to tell him I shall be cutting-off. Then he'd have something to really concern himself with.
