im with you, jockstrapp. i put in for vr before park and crap came in but didn't get it but im still hoping!! thats how much i hate this job. but i'll tell you one thing, after putting in 12 years, i'll be damned if i walk away with nothing! so im just going to stick with it. :evil/mad

anyone know wat happens if the person your van sharing with phones in sick. are you expected to complete the duty yourself

Of course not,a reserve should step in but if for some strangeeeeeeeeeeeeeee reason you don't get one you just do what you can.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Not where we are. We did absorption for 1 week 18 months ago now. Every one cut off. That was the end of that never done it since.

we at wrexham have been told that we are starting to share vans january 2011 dont know as yet what impact it will have but will keep you informed. max...

if tor partner goes sick and theres noone to cover,your told to use your car and do one of the deliveries,
well thats what we do! lol
for a scheme thats h&s friendly we don't half have a lot off sick.
