Bullying and harassment problems affect many of us from time to time. They can cause great personal distress and affect our quality of life, both at home and at work.

Royal Mail Group has set up a helpline with a team of trained counsellors who can provide the best possible confidential, independent and unbiased support on maintaining good health and general wellbeing for those experiencing bullying and harassment problems.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Just thought I'd let you all know, you only get three one hour sessions, on the phone, hardly enough if your suffering B&H!

You're right there! But they do keep records. So it's still useful phoning them, if you have to take matters further. I know someone who did that, and it was worth it (he was able to arrange a transfer to another Office). But it would be a lot better if they gave you the option of getting help to deal with it informally, if you choose to. :hmmmm
