Well i predict that in 2011........it will be shyte until we ( are forced ) to catch up. So from Jan 2 to ? 8?? busy, stressful and erm shyte.

Privatisation happens then the new owner sack all the managers and make us a wonderful company to work for and give us a pay rise and scrap doors to doors and give us smaller walk and put up DSA by 30p and pay all out pension debts and bankrupt UK Branch of Deutsch post, UK Mail, Northern Mail, Citymail, TNT Mail as they couldn't afford the postage cost as they couldn't get out of contract.
Every postman finished their delivery at 12 and no nonsense about Absorbing.

Privatisation vote in House of Commons fails by only a very small number of votes end of Feburary/beginning of March. Moya Greene sets out to reduce middle managers and gets only a few hundred volunteers. Annoyed she begins a project on the back of world class mail to look at reducing junior managers especially in mail centres. The threat of strike action by the junior managers November to Christmas 2011 means she abandons the whole idea.
