1 Get a van with a tail lift.

I had the pleasure of working for a great boss at EMA where pics 1 and 2 were taken and we were always rewarded for our snow-clearing efforts.
Pic 3 was taken at Derby office where things were a little different. There's a real scowl on the bosses face as I take the snap while he does the graft.

Anyone ever shift snow for a good boss? There were a few about in the old days, afterall.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

There have been companies employed now to clear snow from RM yards. Brothermagrew posted it up but like everything else in planet RM it looks good on paper but is totally unworkable in reality.

We shift a lot of something beginning with the letter 's' but I don't think snow was the word that was used. :wink:
