it seems evidently so with the lack of urgency being applied by the manager's in that sorting offfice.

Well something is moving. Diversions from Mount Pleasant to Birmingham, seem to have been diverted on to other
offices in the West Midlands, and it seems that some which went to Coventry has now come back to Mount Pleasant.

there's about a week's back log off work & the manager's are outside half the time puffing away on god knows what.
