Busy day, but only had 1 item I couldn't get rid of. Amazing. Must have missed about a dozen drops out of nearly 600.

Ominously easy two days . . .

. . . my fitting is more or less clear, despite the backlog . . .

. . . thanks a lot mail centres for frakking us up the rear compartment . . .

. . . and I don't care WHAT anybody says, it's obvious they're holding something back, there's no way there's this little mail. Yet when it all turns up tomorrow, we're expected to be able to a) handle it, b) prep it, probably in installments because the lorries never turn up together and, c) get it delivered.

It's a disgrace.

Not wanting to pay out, so he got a casual to do it. He didn't tell me until I'd half bagged up.

Been put in callers office this week (Never done the callers office ever in 8 years), except today where I covered a round due to regular guy going off sick.

Was terrible, had to leave half a bag of packets because i just couldn't physically ram any more packets into my bags. Started 11.15 finished 15:30.

I'm undecided what is worse, doing the callers or delivery. On one hand I'd be nice and warm in the callers, on the other hand we've all just completely given up on having any of the packets/tracked items in any sembelence of order. It's like a clusterbomb has exploded and strewn the guts of the entire office all over the walls of the callers. Seriously the office is like 2m by 8m and there is a couple of hundred packets just lying everywhere.

Likewise, we've had three days in a row that were the equivalent of light Tuesdays. We've been told that all the mail isn't getting through. I'm pretty certain that hardly any of it is getting through, personally. I did have around about two packet bags, but in terms of mail, there wasn't any.
