INTIMIDATING DOMS

Last thursday while bagging up, my lovely dom was coming around with some photocopies about the pensions, losing contract to halfords etc.(stuff i have read already) handing it out to everyone.
When he gave me a copy, he said the following:
"you will lose more money if you contintue to strike..."
i replied"lose more money if we agree to the 6am start"
"stop butting in"he said
Then he said about us losing the contract for halfords
i butted in" yes but we will have it back 9th august"
"we wont get it back from tnt....."he said
Having looked through the paper i tried to give it back to him.
He wouldnt take it back, so i ripped it into 2 pieces
His face was a picture
He said "i was bloody naive" and he walked off
When he came back down, i turned around to another postie and said:
" can i use your copy for putting in my guinea pig cage?"
My lovely dom then turned around and said:
"I WANT A APOLOGY OFF YOU J*******" and stomped off

Sometimes he makes me feel like i have a 2 shadows.
i did ask him tuesday when he was going to put another arm on my fitting.
he said the strikes has put that back....
i replied."you are not doing anything saturday,while you are in here, it wont take you 5 mins"

On the saturday after the first strike, a huge amount of mech mail turned up on the missort van. The manager told us to leave it in, flouting the clear office policy. A member asked me to take a couple of photos of the mech. Manager told me if I didn't remove the photos he would take further action. So I deleted them. Imagine my surprise 4 1/2 weeks later when the ops manager handed me an invite to a fact finding interview for photagraphing mail. Sad thing for the ops manager, he didn't read the conduct code for reps. He tried to conduct me as a postie. In the code the manager has to notify the divisional rep in the 24 hours after the incident occured. He didn't do it. Big smug grin. Rep 1 RM 0 He got a call from the branch sec tearing him a new ass too.
They're trying to discredit reps now cos they can't get through to the staff with the RM bullshit. Proves we're beating them.
WATCH OUT ALL REPS. IF YOU THINK THAT RM MANAGERS ARE TRYING TO BULLSHIT YOU, STITCH YOU UP OR ARE BREACHING STANDARDS LET THE BRANCH KNOW.

Laugh in their faces,and take a stroll if you are being policed.Our managers try to ignore the reps but get your health and safety rep to pull them up for everything.They don't like it but can't ignore it.
At the end of the day we get the last laugh when we drop undelivered bags at their feet and sod off home.

Ours get left on the frames for us when we get back off delivery, I presume the manager gets a lacky to put them there A: Because he can only walk as far as the coffee machine and B:because he's so s**t scared to face anybody one on one with the shite
