What can I say to him?
If you don't return to the office how does he decide how much you owe...is he psychic? :left:
If you do return to the office...just stay until your finishing time...it's up to them to find you work.
If your manager sends you home that's his decision and we don't do clawback...do we? :left:
Or ask him for the banking hrs and claw back hrs agreement.
Get your office toghether.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The trunk run i did to the the mail centre on Saturday was the heaviest/biggest in 3 years. The collections i did on Monday were huge. I think there must be logjams in mail centres, tomorrow may be a biggie for many.

Our mail centre is full to the brim with yorks of mail, which for whatever reason they can't process/distribute it,
so full in fact, the managers car park has had a huge marquee installed on it, where more yorks of mail are being stored,
might as well have a circus in it ... we've got the clowns (management) to entertain us.

Gawd knows what going on 11 o'clock finishes for the last 2 days.Packets and flats coming down but no trays of letters for the last 2 days,if I wasn't for tesco clubcard letters today could of knocked another half hour off.Somethings clearly not right.God help us when It all decides to show.

Frakking mail centres are sodomising us (without our consent) as usual. Today was the lightest day I've ever seen on my present walk, it was like light Tuesdays but lighter. I managed to get out by 9am, there was so little of it, and finished at 12.30pm, and that was taking my time!

Somewhere, there is a mountain of mail just waiting to descend on us. And everyone will expect us to be able to a) handle its arrival and b) distribute it afterwards.

Fat chance.

Nothing on again today, though i've seen a pic someone took of a gigantic pile of mailbags full of parcels that are OUTSIDE the MC as there's no room inside.

8 working days until Christmas, I have a feeling RM are going to fail to deliver everything.

 I've no idea why you lot seem to be getting it easy, my office is being hammered with cards/letters/small packets and the usual tracked and specials, anyone from the NIMC want to comment on this?

Plenty of cards but next to no DSA and flats, plenty of packets as well but still less than I expected considering there's a massive amount of tracked and driver packets that haven't been cleared yet.

I've had 1.5 packet bags and 11 bundles today and yesterday combined, but according the the drivers the MC is overflowing with stuff. Maybe they're on outward at some MC's and are going to cram the inward through at the end of this week?
