The only person who needs to get a copy is your DOM. If he/she doesn't act on it within a day or two and your wages have effectively been docked then put in a grievance form. This would take a few weeks to process to a resolution. If that fails see CAB and start legal action. Simples. Keep records of everything you do as a court will want to see them.

I would copy in the union, your DSM and HR just to be safe though!

People in my office are paying hours back in their droves.
I'm only one of about 3 people who actually think that we don't owe anything back..
Even our union man seems to think we owe time back.
Complete confusion which i'm sure could easily be rectified but as usual the union don't act.
All they need to do is get written clarification(flyer or something) out to office reps letting them know the score.
Honestly 3 quid a week down the drain.
