I had an accident on delivery on Saturday and am off sick at the mo.Will I get paid any Christmas bonus?
All this and they pay us too!

Surprise Surprise ! I believe it's paid PRO-RATA :Very Happy If you're off for half the Christmas Pressure period, you only get half the Bonus.

I wouldn't worry about it mate get yourself fit & well and come back when you're ready. This job ain't worth killing yourself over! We've already got some idiots doing stupid amounts of overtime and looking like s**t already! :shock: They've still got a couple of weeks to go.

have any of you been told that because xmas day falls on a sat that all days off from mon to fri that week are cancelled because everyones day off is sat that week.

Not Yet! but It wouldn't surprise me if the DIM tried it on. He normally only manages to think about 24 hours ahead but give him time. If he does try it on I can see a few people phoning in with upset tummies! :whistle

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

As far as i'm aware as long as he is still in receipt of sick pay...he will still get his bonus.
