If someone posted something on this site unless it had a cwu logo and came from someone in CWU headquaters than management would simply ingnore it. There is plenty of LTBs which have been issued on all the things you stated and they get issued to branch"s and anyone who has signed up to recieve them.

If they cannot put it on this site then they should make the CWU homepage a top 20 or 30 list of LTB's that are desperately needed by staff.
It would be easy to get a list just by trawling on this site. Take the most important ones or all of them and then put a separate link on the cwu website
for each problem and the LTB that addresses the problem. It can have a CWU logo background and can then get printed off.
Everyday I come onto this site and everyday there is another story of how management shafted the workers out of a days Annual leave
because either a. There was no mail to sort b. The roads were too treacherous to send anyone out.
Just one measly little LTB with a CWU logo is all that is needed. Not expensive, not time consuming and if on the CWU webpage
can be used time and time again to the benefit of the people who pay for a union.

Dingo in our office 3 of us who have been on RM 20+ years was refused by our dom to help out with our del revision .

So far to say the dom lumped del together and after xmas the revision will be up and running even though we have said they won't work, even the ADM was in the office, and I know I will be one of the posties fighting the battle that my del will be 5hrs +long

Maybe you could explain just how easy it is to tell if a revision will work when it's based on the lowest traffic model and we are in the middle of the busiest period of the year.
There should have been a national embargo on revisions untill late January at the earliest but Royal Mail wanted their savings....the agreement wanted change..."at pace"...and for the first time i can ever remember some Area Reps started to pressure local reps and members to push revisions through.
This whole "lowest traffic model" will be a disaster not just for CWU members but strangely enough also for Royal Mail.
Some of these offices are spending huge amounts of money inefficiently trying to make bad revisions work and at some point someone will have to call a halt and attempt to rebuild the office from scratch.

Every single LTB related to us is on this site,and has been for at least the last 3 years i would say.
