My first thought would have to be HELL YES!!..however there are varied degrees of blackmail..it's such a dirty word,in your case i would call it a very good means to an end.. :dance :dance :dance i'm not much good on moral judgement when it comes to management,i'd sell almost any one of them up the river barring a few exceptions so i can't really help you i'm afraid.
if you aint payin..the mails stayin!!!

Sounds like blackmail to me. However, I have no sympathy with the DUM he/she shouldn't have put himself/herself in a position that leaves him/her open to the threat.

Just another example of how fecking thick DUMs are. They can't think anything through. :arrrghhh

stop fannying about and just tell everyone you know, the whole office, customers and especially the spouses of those involved. Do you believe for one second any screw would hold back info like that if they thought it would do them any good ? . . . . . every screw I've ever met just looks after themselves and stuff anyone who gets hurt in the process . . . . . . . "LIVE BY THE SWORD, DIE BY THE SWORD" . . . . . . and don't forget to tell us the results :chuckle
