I also feel that I have been harassed and victimised by my 'manager' over various things but at the end of the day nothing will be done because no-one in their right mind wants a managers job, not as a singleton DOM anyway, so we end up with anyone who either thinks he (or she) is better than us or they can't hack being a postie. Some get away with murder and lick boots and some are just not on the Xmas card list at all.....
