there is no way you should be taken off the duty you are on that day unless you want to move and am sure that it use to be that they could only take you off your duty once a month have a word with your rep because that harsment if you keep get moved on regular if they want to ddo overtime they do it on the vacant duty you should not be moved :shock:

if these greedy selfish work partners say they wont come in and do overtime on a different duty than my one ,then the bosses turn round and say we need someone to cover these jobs.! they get easy overtime money and i get shafted ,i need to see somebody or do something bout this .

Ok spoodoo ,Try a different tack. How about saying "I'll work my rest day next week ,and this is the duty I will do" Pick a duty ,any duty, see how far you get. If it doesn't pan out then you will know for sure that you are being unfairly discriminated against. :chuckle
