Pretty much! On a serious note you have to feel sorry for these guys, they have been pretty much chucked in at the deep end - they don't have a background in deliveries and have no idea how to create opals.

In my experience...a waste of feckin money.
My 10 year old could plan a more sensible delivery.
Struggle to get in the door at Dunfermline DO with backlog mountain of everything. Despite extra staff and managers from nearby DO's ips all day, sunday deliveries. The posties can't cope with the enlarged rounds plus packets, specials and everything else going into Xmas. Great time of the year to make major changes. All going well, just a bedding in glitch according to those in charge.
