he problem with the first part is that you will face far more cuts to your indoor time when you get your sequenced mail.

We have been doing WSM for the last 4 months and it does not save any time, maybe out of 3 boxes one is sequnced the other 2 are mixed up and have loads of misssorts in , this is letters only

A4 flats come in to be walksorted. At present we are having about 4 people come in each morning a couple of hours before we start
We sort to our normal time around 1.5 hrs.

I worked out last week we spent 3hrs on indoor work each day which don't take much to work out how long a del span should be, we are still lapsing 3 walks which some of us are now cutting off on. and we have not had the revision in yet mainly cause we keep voting against it.

BTW Rayleigh office is failing after one week of startin  g there revision which is in the SS Essex area :chuckle

The problem with all that music4essex is that it's all based on "does take" time or what we like to call reality.

The IWT throughput figures are based on "should take" times which has as much to do with reality as my plans to meet up with Katy Perry and Kate Beckinsale tonight to explore the possibilities of........ :silenced
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

How much time would be saved if all boxes of letters were sequenced?

2 trays of sequenced would save me about 10 minutes, it would be more I suppose but for how sore my arm gets prepping the top of the frame.

I start at 7, prep 2 walks that as been looped together 1250 drops, can get as many as 4 sequenced trays of mail for each walk + flats + loose mail, packets, parcels, registersd items, pda my mate starts at 8.50 then its load van and supposed to be out of office for 9.20 this is without even touching a d2d, absolutely no chance of completing duty by 14.48.
