Supposed to be starting work at this place but can't seem to find it anywhere. Been down to where it is supposed to be (Dukesway, Team Valley, Gateshead) but there's no Royal Mail MC/DO or anything like that there. Anyone know what an OVO is? Sorry I am very new to this....

Did a week of nights one Xmas in a rented warehouse up the Team Valley so its possibly what youre looking for, cant remember which road it was on sorry.

The actual Tyneside Mail Centre is on Earlsway I believe. As for what 'OVO' stands for, it used to mean 'Outward Vouching Office' about fifteen years ago. I hope this helps.

Thanks, it does help. I went down there and it just looks like a sign company but I suppose RM must have just rented the building for xmas or something? Suppose I'll find out when I go down there to start next friday - was nobody about today..Just seems a bit strange in general.
Does anyone know what you do in an OVO (Outward Vetting Office?)? Sorry for all the daft questions!

You'll probably end up sorting letters and/or parcels. Dunno what shift you're on but if its night shift take some bait with you as there wasnt a canteen when i was there and all the food outlets were closed.
