It's your own fault.
Your members have visited a plague upon your house because you have dared to mention that they may have to work all their paid hours. :Sick :nervous

Partial deployment at our office before xmas (we already have WMS's) and we're getting the £600 within the next couple of weeks. The next £200 is in Jan when the rest of the office goes live, that's the £200 that is paid after the 'bedding in process'.

If yours is the £200 for a non-sequenced revision then you should get it straight after the rep signs it off and there's any kind of deployment.

It's 600 we r owed.... The van sharing coming in was supposed to trigger it. The union rep blabbed on and on how we were getting the money straight away as soon as the van sharing begins. Quote "once the van sharing is in, the money will be in your wages the following week". Seems he's been caught out pushing another one of his management friends of his lies ... ... The management have came and said what do u want us to do wave a magic wand!!!

My response is, yes the same one you waved to make vans and equipment appear

Flyer...just a warning.
There have been delays everywhere with the lump sum payments.
Don't go spending it until it hits the bank. :nervous :chuckle

National agreement says - non walk sequence revision £200 following 6 week Post implementation Review - been told payment made 5 weeks after this date due to Director clearance required.

Walk sequenced revision - £600 following deployment and £200 following 6 week PIR - been told 5 weeks after this date due to Director clearance required.

Colleague Share payment currently valued at £563 paid in 2011 and final colleague share payment currently valued at £563 paid in 2012.

Pay increases Basic pay 1st April 2011 to £359 + Delivery supplement £20.88 = gross pay £379.88 (39 hrs)
Pay increase Basic pay 1st April 2012 to £371 + Delivery supplement £21.61 = gross pay £392.60 (39 hrs)

Compared to what is going on outside RM not a bad pay deal.

The problem is what we are being asked to do to get it.

The main theme throughout a lot of this thread is that (we are being TOLD) this that and the other. If any of you and me included listen to any more of this nonsense and believe it, then we must all be losing our marbles. Unless it is in black and white, in Royal Mail it means absolutlely toss all, and even in black and white they are like the Liberals, they change their minds. I will not make any decision based on hearsay from a Manager, Union rep or anyone else. I want any changes made to my working life written down so I am able to challenge it if it does not suit, and have a paper trail if required for any future dispute. If it,s not written down, it hasn,t and probably will not happen.

The situation is those offices which have recently gone live on the full revision are only just getting by on masses of docket, without which the revision would probably collapse. If RM put £600 bonus into pay packets, people will be less inclined to do any more docket, threatening the revision, so RM will hold off as long as they think they can get away with it.
