Same as our office in manchester area, revision started last monday, told money would be in pay for friday, then its going to be 2 weeks, now might be 4 weeks instead.very little information from cwu reps about what there doing about it.

As for the revision, most are going over there time, and all we are doing at the moment is throwing our own walks off and deliveribg them.We are not even doing any ips or preping the part time delivery only walks. We have a night crew on and part timers on docket prepping there own walks as well as full timers doing the ips on o/t.God help us when they pull the plug on all the ips being done on o/t.

Royalmail think that we will have extra time to do the ips when we get faster at throwing our own walks off.Trouble with that is we are not far off being up to speed on it already,as its so easy to pick up now we have walk sequencing. So wheres the time coming from?

It would have been easier to sort these things out with the 5 months of negotiating........instead of leaving it as loose as a Thai hookers drawers.

Do Thai Hookers wear drawers...kind of pointless i would imagine.
Back on topic is Daz talking about the payments or just the generally poor implementation of the agreement?
I personally don't understand the desperation members are showing for their 30 pieces of silver.
It wasn't that long since everybody was saying stick your cash bribes up your arse.... :cuppa

Well I suppose you are right, it is surprising how the money has become important but I think the criticism is justified when people have accepted the revisions and haven't been rewarded.................I mean it must have had some relevance for there to be such a huge number of people voting for the agreement in the first place. :hmmmm

Huge in favour? Are you going senile?

Less than half the ballot papers despatched came back as a yes vote. Hardly the mandate of the century is it?

I'm bangin on about the money now.

I don't want the money, I don't want the agreement, i didn't vote yes, but NOW the money has become an issue in my eyes.

I see a lot of people here, and In the Blue Shirts forum saying they've implemented their revisions, and not had the money, as promised.

This, to me, shows RM breaking the terms of the Agreement, and for that reason, it's crucial we start asking about it. Why should people go through this revision if RM can't even pay up what's promised?

Tut tut BD I didn't say a huge number voted only a huge number voted FOR it ...................presumably the 60k who didn't vote, didn't care.

I understand your point mailmonkey but Royal Mail have been playing fast and loose with this agreement
since day 1.
We've had the £400 farce when members were promised £400 in the agreement only to find out afterwards that it was pro-rata,the delivery supplement farce where many didn't receive it and are still fighting on an individual basis to get what they were promised. The D2D farce where offices were promised time to do it and it never appeared, the umpteen promises of involvement in the revision processes that haven't materialised...the promises of new relationships...of achievable workloads...of an end to the bullying and the harassment....

It was all bollox and we knew that at the time.
And this isn't aimed at you mailmonkey I'm just wondering why people are suddenly putting on their fighting trousers because the money ain't forthcoming.

Probably just woken up to how bad this agreement was, despite the propaganda to the contrary :cuppa

Feck off mate!

I've been against this agreement since the day it was leaked onto here.

I think people's "fightin trousers" are coming on as RM are revealing themselves to be totally without qualm in walkng all over us, the CWU, and the Agreement. And the CWU, at national level at least, are no better.

Leopards and spots and old dogs are truisms ,can't think why some thought otherwise. Hope springs eternal I guess and then there was always sheriff Roger Poole riding in out of the sunset to restore justice and uphold the rule of law. Who shot sheriff Poole ? Is he dead or just on extended vacation?

Of course they won't honour it, they are two faced twats! I do hope that Canadian ham reads this forum..

We already had WSM in our office, so we won't get that part of the bonus because we'd implemented it before the 'deal' - total f***ing con, wouldn't have expected anything less.. No revision yet, still squabbling over that one!

Still 40 hours/week, never any time to prep D2Ds, although I do make time just to piss the manager off, no revision so not get any more Saturdays off, still lumping around with heavy weights on my shoulder and so the list goes on...

s**t management, s**t governements that restrict us, s**t union that sells us down the road.. All in all, s**t! :left:
