Of course not. We display an element of common sense. Its no different at work, conduct coded for returning an ace catalogue for someone who has long since departed this earth, i think not!! The only time mere trifles become an issue is for those amongst us who do not display commonsense and overstep the mark in other areas and then it will become an issue at any conduct meeting but only because the linos will be gunning for you for other reasons. By all means, wait for the chimes of big ben before you go for break but as for the majority lets carry on using commonsense and for gods man up and get a perspective on thjings
WTF has any of that rambling post got to do with doing the job you're paid to do as opposed to the job you think you can get away with?

What attitude, i just have the balls too stand up on this forum and say it as it is. We all cut a few corners but in a sensible way, are you really that meek that you do everything properly, you find a letter in your bag at the end of your duty and you walk back to do it. dont think so. You do it the next day  d2d in your frame for the house that gets nothing, you really walk up that long drive on a saturday...go on say you do! ;liar ;liar ;liar

Is this more of your "common sense"?
It's not about having the balls to tell it as it is, it's about not being a twat.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I deliver all until I'm instructed by the current occupant that x has moved away and could I kindly stop being a total fraktard in delivering their mail when it's obvious they have moved away. Silly me for doing my job.

Get a grip matey, you mean to say youve never thought ' sod it im not going in today'. We all get what we can out of the job and play the game. Are you one of the sort who proudly boast on this forum 'ive never had a sicky in 30 years'...loosers.

You haven't 20+ years in matey, if you had you would have a pride in what you do and swinging the lead and cutting corners isn't clever. :no no

All this "do the job properly" really pisses me off, every single one of you on here breaks the rules in one way or another, even if it's just crossing over a bit of lawn cos it's nearer than walking down the path and up the other one, or simply listening to your ipod as you walk round, now if one bloke wants to do something is way then let him, he knows the risks as do you lot who whine at him but walk around with music in your ears.

The problem is this is a public forum.
By giving the impression that it is OK to cut corners etc maidstonedoley is encouraging others to do the same.
And that is fine.........until it goes wrong.
And maidstonedoley won't be in the room with the colleague facing a conduct issue will he?
He'll be under the duvet throwing a sickie.
