Apparently this years bonus is only going to a lucky ten blokes, every male member is put into a draw and the first ten picked out means Moya will be giving you your christmas treat personally

Funny you should mention that April, apparently if the blokes pulled out of the hat is only part time you don't get the full treat and if your only a 20 hour part timer she doesn't come personally she sends her ugly assistant.Aprilaydee wrote:£100 pro rata!dvbuk55 wrote:Apparently this years bonus is only going to a lucky ten blokes, every male member is put into a draw and the first ten picked out means Moya will be giving you your christmas treat personally![]()

Thought you weren't allowed to work if you're on A/L because of Insurance.. Thats what we've been told on numerous occasions.. mind you the DOMs favourite got paid cash in hand for covering a few days whilst on A/L which beggars believe in itself..happymackem wrote:managers wont need their boots etc onguvenor wrote:only to time only to time me im lapsing DOWN xmas and a merry one to rm when it comes and i hope mgmt got their boots hats torches etc for all my cut offs this year![]()

TBH I've done a couple of sickies over the Christmas period last couple of years....Dorset Plodder wrote: Good news is- as it's only £50, might just go sick before Xmas and stuff him.
Handy having a couple of days off, and also loved to hear my then DOM whining down the phone that I wouldn't get my "bonus"....lol...pro rata'd, taxed, and NI'd my "bonus" always ended up about £37, so gave me great pleasure telling the DOM that I'd rather have the days off before Christmas than struggle in sick for my £37...
Twats.
Hard for them to coerce people into work when the bonus is so tiny.

Our Part Timers normally get made up to full time hours for 3 weeks in december. Never noticed if the bonus gets made up or not tho, or if the bonus still gets paid prorata. Need to look out for that one this year
