Good things come to those who wait...well in layman's terms it may not be the case.

My office goes live next week and i can't see it working...only one thing that will be good out of this agreement will be a full time contract after waiting 11 years being part time.

Thanks for the extra hours royal mail, but after hearing so many horror storys of other offices working WAY past their time, i'll just be sticking to the contracted hours that are given to me.

i think i have asked you before about the number of f/t contracts made and how many bodies you have lost in your office, do you have any details on this
