INDOOR WORKLOAD TOOL (IWT) AND PEGASUS GEOROUTE

Meetings have taken place recently with Royal Mail to make some technical changes to improve the reliability and accuracy of the Indoor Workload Tool. The attached matrix identifies those changes. Further meetings are due to take place to deal with other related issues such as rebasing traffic etc, and Royal Mail has also acknowledged that it will take longer to prep (per item) wave 2 walk sequenced arrivals than wave 1 which in the interim should be taken into consideration when building indoor workload into duty structures. The version of IWT which should now be in circulation is v6.3. A revised version of Duty Builder v2 has also been issued.

A separate meeting to discuss Pegasus Georoute is scheduled for next Wednesday, 10th November and further information will be circulated to Branches following that meeting.

Makes you wonder why revisions have been done and are up and running and they are still tinkering with parameters-horse,cart etc, lets hope Bobs played a blinder

same old situation...same old rm....rushed through again.some offices will be lucky and will get a fair deal.unfortunatly for some it will come too late

Will try and get them, but as i said before RM now encrypt thier comps so when you pull stuff off them you can't open them.

^yeah, and to those offices already going through...

ours hasn't been signed off yet, but all the workloads have been based on earlier IWT's..

Should ours now be RECALCULATED? How about the latest versions of Pegasus/Geo?
