Agree, but ONLY reason I can come up with is...RM's adherence to their Bloody Minded opinion that "The World of RM Rules, OK!"

There is NO apparent reason not to judge the accident/incident/injury on the FACTS, but they are judging it on the opinion of a now defunct Reg Manager who has moved on...Thank God!

Whatever the "potato/potarto" use of their words, NO Stage should have been issued...period.

So, my Quest to try to get this ridiculous situation back to a reasonable/normally understood level goes on...

Broadly speaking, if the incident led to an accident which had an negative impact, it should be described as an accident, not an incident! Tell them this! But you need to chill out a little Thunderthighs, I think over the months you are getting so steamed up about all this, you are in grave danger of having a heart attack or something!

Problem is, when you've been physically active, taught Self Defence/Martial Arts, played American Football, Rugby, Triathlon, Duathlon, and played/coached about 12 other sports, ( some ex-students who are now Olympic Gold Medal holders ), then to be told that you're "Disabled" at whatever percentage, due to injuries sustained directly during your "Normal Work Practices", it pee's me off.

Then for RM Manager to belittle this, just coz it suits them to keep their Accident Record a bit cleaner, then to me, thats almost Fraud in my eyes as a Layman.

Yes, a lot of us used to be supremely fit, but this job, over time completely knackers you! But it is possible to re condition yourself,just try not to let this fight with our wonderful employers get to you so much! good Luck.
